Leanne's recruitment journey with us began many years ago when she worked for our sister company, K2 Recruitment, in Bicester. When she started her family, she took a step back from recruitment, and we were delighted to welcome her back to the team in 2024.

Since returning, Leanne has quickly re-established herself within the local recruitment market and has built a fantastic reputation across the commercial and industrial sectors. Supporting clients and candidates with both temporary and permanent recruitment, she is known for her positivity, dedication and genuine commitment to helping people find the right opportunity.

Leanne takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for everyone she works with. Whether she's helping a business solve a recruitment challenge or supporting a candidate with their next career move, she always goes the extra mile.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything Leanne does. When she's not busy supporting her children at their various clubs and activities, she loves getting creative through crafting, upcycling and tackling new artistic projects.
