Having worked within the local recruitment market for 20 years Cindy is passionate about providing bespoke, tailored recruitment solutions to local people and local businesses. She credits the success of the Downtown to her team within it, their drive and passion to be the absolute best they can be, to fully understand the needs of their clients and candidates and to deliver a seamless 360° service with a smile, empathy and consistency. She believes recruitment isn't rocket science, but it takes a certain kind of someone to delve into the nuances of everyone they meet, turn them inside out and see find out what makes them tick, see the potential in every situation and match great people with wonderful local businesses time and time again, and she loves every second of it.

Watching her team grow, celebrating their success and personal achievements is what makes it all worthwhile for her, and she is passionate about training, coaching and mentoring them to be the best in the business. Outside of work, Cindy can be found at the front row of any live music venue or local gig, singing and dancing to almost anything, especially country music!
