Account Manager

My client in Aylesbury is looking for an Account Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers an exciting chance to manage a diverse client portfolio. While previous account management experience is preferred, strong time management skills and a passion for teamwork are essential. Youll conduct some on-site visits to build client relationships, address their needs, and collaborate with various teams, directly impacting client satisfaction. There is an element of recruiting and onboarding, as well as looking for new opportunities, but comprehensive training will be provided, even if you don't have a sales or recruitment background. As part of a 24-hour service, youll share an out-of-hours call system with your team, receiving a day off in lieu to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
