Van Driver

My Thame based client is looking to recruit a Van Driver. This role is based in the transport yard / warehouse. You will be required to work across various activities to support the Transport Manager particularly with van driving (3.5t vehicles) You will need to be flexible, willing to adapt, learn and also be comfortable working in a transport/warehouse environment. You responsibilities/ duties will include vehicle loading and unloading using a forklift. Collect and deliver to assigned locations in a timely manner. Dealing with customers on a face to face basis in a friendly manner. Ability to work on your own and manage your delivery route. You must have a Counterbalance Forklift Licence and have a Full and Clean driving licence. 45 hours per week Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) Contracted overtime Saturday mornings 5am - 11am Once per month. Salary from 28,500 DOE, 22 days holiday, uniform, training.
