Customer and Sales Support Agent

Are you technically minded? Do you have experience with DC battery systems personally or professionally? If so, this could be the role for you. My client, an e-commerce business retailing specialist electrical components and accessories, based in Long Crendon is looking for a conscientious and proactive Customer and Sales Support Agent. This is a customer-facing role in a small but busy business dealing with pre and post sales enquiries. The role requires the successful candidate to learn various aspects of DC battery systems and related equipment to advise customers. Training will be given, but it is essential that you have an interest in technical subjects and can learn quickly. You will prepare quotes, take customer orders and deal with any amendments as necessary. Process refunds and take payments. Chase delivery issues with couriers. To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to grasp technical details, concepts and understand the product range. Training will be provided. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Salary 28-30K with excellent benefits to include Life Assurance, Health Plan, Pension, Discretionary annual bonus and 25 days holiday.
