Administration Coordinator
My Thame based client is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their expanding team. Reporting to the directors and working alongside different members of the team, the successful Administration Coordinator candidate will assist in several different aspects of the business. The duties are quite varied and will involve a number of different aspects, from standard administration tasks such as invoicing and data input, to the logistical coordination of their imported produce and the administration that runs alongside, as well as liaising directly with clients, service suppliers and producers. The successful Administration Coordinator candidate will assist the procurement and sales teams in many aspects of their roles, as well as doing some administration work with the finance department. You must have good Microsoft office skills, with high levels of numerical and literacy accurateness, together with excellent communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 7.30 - 3.30pm (can be flexible on start/finish time) Salary 26,000 - 27,000 depending on experience. Based in Thame, on site parking.
