Part-Time Volunteer Experience Administrator
Our client based in Chalgrove is looking for a Part Time Volunteer Experience Administrator for a 3-month contract starting in November 2024. You will be the first point of contact to a high number of telephone and email queries. You will ensure their volunteer community receive high quality support. Add and keep data information accurate and up to date. Process online orders and pack for despatch. Filing, photocopying, and monitoring emails. To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills. Enjoy a varied role. Have a good eye for detail with excellent time management skills. Have previous admin experience and are proficient with IT software and Microsoft Office. 21 hours to be split across 3 days per week, this must include every Monday. Pay is 12 per hour/13,104 per annum. There is a possibility this role could be temp to perm for the right candidate. Due to the location of our client you must have your own transport.
