Business Support Lead

My esteemed client is looking for an experienced Business Support Lead to manage their small Business Support Team. Based in a historical building in Thame, you will be joining a global company who are passionate about what they do, and approach their work in a collaborative and engaging manner, . It is essential that you have at least 3 years experience in office management/business support role,good team leadership skills, excellent business acumen and an ability to manage a busy workload under pressure. A professional qualification in IT would be beneficial, as would proof reading skills and experience with Adobe InDesign. This is a full time office based position, with access to a private car park, and a short walk to the High Street. There is a generous benefits package including pension contribution, 25 days leave, private medical insurance and an opportunity to undertake personal development and qualifications . The salary is 35-42k depending on experience, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
