Our client a technology business is looking for a Trainee First Line Technical Support Engineer to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide first line support across a range of software solutions while developing technical expertise through ongoing training. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, delivering a high standard of service and helping to resolve a wide variety of technical issues.

Based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Duties:
· Provide first line telephone and remote technical support to customers.
· Log, manage and update support cases accurately within the CRM system.
· Investigate technical issues and escalate unresolved cases when required.
· Keep customers informed with clear and professional communication throughout the support process.
· Work closely with technical and sales colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
· Create technical content such as blogs and videos on common support topics.
· Deliver software demonstrations and assist with technical presale activities when needed.
· Maintain relevant software certifications and technical knowledge.

Experience:
· Interest in technology and IT systems.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Confidence presenting solutions and ideas to customers.
· Knowledge of social media and digital marketing would be beneficial.

This Trainee first line Support position offers full training, a salary dependant on experience, 25 days holiday, additional holiday incentives, pension contributions, death in service cover and a cycle to work scheme.
